The Quadriceps is still building up and those swell around the kneecap still takes some time to absorb naturally. I felt little painful above the kneecap while walking sometime and my Physio said it is because of the tension linking up the quadriceps and kneecap is tight so I need to start some stretching for the quadriceps. I still have some internal rotation on my kneecap that would tighten the ITB also would create inflammation around the kneecap so I need to aware on the posture while walking, stepping, jumping and jogging.
