New Year eve dinner

Tonight we have a special guest crash into our dinner! My 2015

I spent many time at training and hope to get the best time at half ironman race, sometime you spent the effort but not getting the paycheck, maybe it just not the right time. I kicked off my training from Jan for the Challenge Taiwan half in late April, I ran my PB at China Coast half marathon, at the time I was going to ramp up my training volume I got flu attack, that was long and irritating, eventually down for 3 weeks, DNS for the first target race . When the team went party and chill out, I was rebuilding my fitness and aiming for another PB attempt at 70.3 Taiwan at Kenting in November. I re-used the same training schedule, just this summer was especially hot and I never had a good session at Happy Valley, every run session was hot like in the hell and my injury in Achilles Tendon still very annoying ! Approaching the race day, body was ready, mind was not, no feel good session to boost my confident and not resilient enough for the change of race venue and dynamic condition.
