Post-Operation progress 6 weeks

Range of motion 100% resumed; Exercising Squats, step up, step down, stationary bikes, I believe my strength of the quadriceps resumed 50%. Next step, I can try full stroke freestyle swimming, stationary bikes and flat road cycling, jump role, single leg hop and some position drills. So in Feb, I will resume swim training, stationary bikes and flat road cycling, also circuit training. If nothing uncomfortable, I will resume some hill climb for cycling.
