Labour day holiday, club time trial in Shek O, I was the race marshall after my swim part.
Strong east wind in Shek O make up a lot of good wave, great for the surf and challenge for the swim! Glad to see everyone keep going to done 2 laps for about 800m, thanks for the low-tide.
Then the guys did 5 x Shek O - Big Wave Bay laps made it 20k and then 4k run. Good work! The time trial ran very well and everybody pushing everyone and they all enjoy it!
BBQ in the evening, drunk a lot....

The drunk made me dehydrated and hangover...the day was a rest day.
I health checking my car with my dad and find out both rear tyres got seriously wear out and pruntures!! It was great to fix it before any accident happened!! it could be serious....!!

Training at Tai Mei Tuk, G wasn't feeling well in the morning so she skipped it.
Great ride for 3 laps, I was staying easy, my knee was not responsing very well with BORA wheels, and I managed to ran 4km at about 5:30km/min pace, I'm happy with this recovery progress for 5months so far. I can build that up from 4k so I could start reducing some body fat!!!!! 4th of July is the day to show my 6 packs!!
It is a great fine sunny shining weekend, nothing better with finishing good training, meeting all tri-buddies, driving a super smooth car, with Fat Boy Slim, Moby, and Gorzilla tunes!!
